This San Francisco residence was remodeled in four stages over a ten year period. The first stage reconnected the house back to a single family residence. A new internal stair and entry hall coupled with an opening of the main living level reintegrated the house. Phase two included a new kitchen. Phase three included foundation upgrades and enlarging of a basement playroom. The fourth and final phase converted a roof deck into a new fourth floor master suite.

Dormer improvements and Craftsman detailing restored the home’s street facade.
