A 3600 square-foot residence of rammed earth construction. The house was designed to sit on a flat site amongst an existing grape vineyard. The two-foot thick earth walls and the nine-foot roof overhang keep the house cool in the warmer climate of the Napa valley. An outdoor pool and deck are accessed via pocketing window walls in the living room.
