A 4800 square-foot residence of "PISE", stabilized earth, construction including a main residence, 3-car garage, and detached guest house. The design and placement of the structures transform a narrow sloping site into a place of quiet residence amongst a forest of oak and madrone. The 18" thick solid earth walls stand in contrast to the glass corners that open the living spaces to the exterior.
